I have been battling with my Doc 12 for days now! I am getting a system fault 9-343 upon turning on the machine, I am at a loss. I have tried all the "tips" given to me to rectify this issue with no successes. At first the machine was making a grinding sound, so I thought that it was the clutch, however I cleaned out the machine and cleaned all the sensors, this helped with the grinding noise, but i continue to get the system fault upon start up! any ideas? anything would help at this point!.

The code is: "a contact failure on the BTR roller". The machine is not seeing good contact to that roller. -
