I've the same problem with my machine.

Did this method work or is there another one?

I can easily change the product number and serial to match any printer upon request. I'd only ask enough to cover my costs.

Thank you in advance to anyone who might be able to help, this is really important to get working again as I'm sure you can understand.

      Hi there

Yes I did manage to get the machine up and running in the end, and has been working ever since.

What is the problem exactly with yours? Just the same error code or have you tried unsuccessfully to reprogram the EEPROM?

You should be able to sync with another one of the chips that is correct by going to machine id and billing data in maintainance settings.

I have a little USB EEPROM programmer I found on ebay for about $12 that can read and write to the chip easily. If you get stuck I'll give you more info.

        Thanks for the reply.

My problem is that the IOT, SYS1 AND SYS2 all have different data from the machine due to changing the nvm from different machines not I dont have the correct data.

my machine is a 260, but the data and speeds that are indicated are from a 240 and 252 machine, now I cant be able to sync the machine with the correct data!

Is there anything I can be able to do?

I didnt change the IOT MCU and ESS PWB

        Regards.
