DC1632 unknown problem

    DC1632 unknown problem

    Hello.
    I have unknown issue on DC1632.
    It starts up until 5th dot blinking, after that I see this (see pictures). I can't connect PWS to the printer
    I tried to reseat all modules but nothing helps

        Then check IBT Belt patch.

          It looks like some boot-up failures, because I can't connect pws.

            Open front door, then try to enter diagnostic.

              These are Special Boot Modes. Try one by one and check if you can enter diagnostic.

                I did that. I entered in diagnostic mode, but I can do nothing

                      2.unplug netw.cabl and PowerOFF/PowerON WC
                      or 3. maby you need higher version of diag tool 3.10

                        There is no HDD in this mashine. It worked without HDD. There is only harness for HDD.
                        I don't have 3.10 version
                        Is there any way to upload firmware to the printer?

                            I've already done it. But nothing helps. Today I'm gonna try to replace PWBs one by one. Hope I can figure out which one is defective.

                              how about the exposure lamp is this light and is this move 2 time then go to home if no then is the ccd problem good luck
