    Did you reset NVM, then setup network again and make a test, may be problem at the NVM memory

    Hi Texiun, today i used my iphone timer to count the transmission time from machine to Pc. It took 38 sec to complete one job.

    i have tried 3 different setting like below, all need 38 sec to complete transmit to PC.

    SMB Spool -> 1,Hard Disk
    -> 2, Off: 1024MB
    -> 3, memory: 2.35MB

    Do you have any other ideas what to do next?

    was it supposely quick once we set SMB spool to hard disk?

    because next to it has DCC 450, without setting SMB Spool to HDD, the transmission speed to pc is a lot faster than apeos 4300

    If you have only just set the SMB Spool to HDD I would imagine your scanning should be fairly quick by now

    Let us know if it's still slow.

    Dependent on many things!

    Have you got Spool to HDD set for SMB?
    Scanning DPI? 200/300/600?
    Image Quality? Set to high or the "Default" Level?

    Let me know!

    Apeos 4300 scan to pc slow

    Hi,

    does anyone ever asked by customer SMB scan from apeos 4300 to PC take more than 12 sec?
    Comparing with other brand, doing SMB scanning, once user hit start and scan, file will transfer to PC within 5 sec.

    anyone know why?
Working...
