wc7655 major problem

I hope this is the right place to post this message..I apologize if it isnt

I just bought a used WC7655 from the US the software installed was 040.33.53110, we (my technician and I) couldnt get the machine to run diagnostics (having color issues). My technician loaded 040.33.53050 as an update (didn't backup anything and no I do not have a disk

So now the system software is 53110 and the net controller is 53050 and as you have guessed nothing works. What can I do???

Please someone give me some direction as my technician walked away from the machine 5 days ago and cannot find a solution to repair this.

Have your tech service manual for machine ?
53050 is not update for 53110. It is downgrade !

I purchased the manual but since he is the technician he should have known what he was doing what I am asking is how do I fix this when I do not have a disk.

You must reload the system software at least 53110 version or higher !
