7665 Network Controller Unavailable

Hi Guys

On my 7665 "7665 Network Controller Unavailable"

That message greeted me this morning What can I do please? I have tried rebooting and it is connected to the network as I can see it in my router.

Where can I download the latest software version from and do a reinstall please? Cant find it on the Xerox website at all

You have Patriot or Lexington machine ?

Hmm looks like software is corrupted as i dont have access to the web panel and if I press the admin button the machine I get "binding error" message.

Any ideas how I can resolve would be appreciated please?

1. Where do I get the latest software from as i could not find it anywhere?
2. How do i reload it is I have no access to web panel? Some simple steps please?
