    [CQ] xerox 4110

    when i print more than 50% up to 90% solid area black, the fuser roll can't be cleaned from the web roller and i take the copy with black lines.any help?

    Maybe you should change Fuser roll.

      i have already try that.
      i think that the extra cleaner roll that the 4112 has for the press roll, is a system that chould be help, but i don't know if i can put it in the 4110.

        Easy enough to check, just remove the pressure roller and see if there are screw holes there. Also, the 4110 / 4112 has gone through a bunch of different toners over the years. Some of the toners have had a lot of trouble causing buildup in the fuser unit. Make sure you are using the newest version of toner for the 4110 and that you are also using the newest style pressure roller.

          Make sure the system software is current (4) and the fuser cleaning web NVMs have been changed per the bulletin regarding long life web and new toner,
