5675 tray 3 and 4 trouble

Ok. We replaced both feed assembly units and the control board on back of deck. Still says no paper in drawer 3 and 4 even though both lift just fine.

Any ideas?

• Check the stack height actuators for binding. These were updated to metal rollers.
• Check the "Lance" on the back of the trays is there and sliding into the feed heads causing them to drop
• Check for a short in one of the feed assemblies.
• Check the HCF Control PWB is at Firmware version 0.010.009
• Reload the software
