    [Dead] My Workcentre PRO C3545 is dead

    Hello everyone, my name is Diana and I'm from Mexico.
    My problem is this:
    My Workcentre PRO C3545 shows the error: "Communications Problem Encountered"
    I read in the forum about changing batteries, wires or even error controller cards, I asked a friend to help me change the batteries, cleaning gave cables and cards.
    I also read to get the diagnostic report or WCPS diagnostics navigator forum and I could not find it. Does anyone know how I can download to send the report?
    Could anyone guide me and help me resolve this?
    Is it necessary to buy another server?
    This printer is my own business and I have stopped. I do not really like to spend money on another device.
    I appreciate the help in advance.

    First step is to see what fault code machine display.
    You need WCPS software.

      i have the same problem, with the same machine here and i think the configuration is gone with the empty battery, but i don't have this kind of software.

      if was in feb. too, where my one stop working and the battery was empty.

      what can i do or where can i get this software?

      anyone a idea?

          You need to replace yellow battery on big board in your controller and put machine in "Customer mode", without somebody with PWS laptop you won't do anything, batery costs around 10$
