As soon as the printer switched on, it's in the Power Saver mode. Tried pressing all button, open and close all drawer and the printer doesn't wake up.
I know that if the printer being idle for little whil it will automatically into power saver mode and wakes up if you press the power saver button.
However, this one is very strange. tried switched off and on and the machine is straight into powersave mode without any warm up or what so ever. Plus, doesnt want to wake up after pressing the power saver button.
In addition, if the fuses are all OK last resort would be to check the LOW VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY (LVPS) and replace if faulty. It is located at the inner-lower back of the machine
I have known this on a couple of machines if the IOT PWB has been disturbed. If you remove and re-seat the plugs on the IOT PWB this may resolve the problem.
Be careful though, I did this with one and it corrupted the software. Ensure that you observe static protocols and disconnect it from the mains completely.

In our case, these "stuck in power save button" problems were a result of the machine kept in a damp/ high humidity area. It was found out that the LVPS pwb had some sort of oxidation that led to rusty/ shorted connections. Of course prior to these, we have already checked the condition of the IOT PWB, other fuses and certainly have observed static protocols. Software corruption CAN also be a result of incomplete power being supplied to respective PWBs
