DC252 + External Fiery endless printing

Hello all,
I have a funny problem on my DC252 with external fiery EX250 controller. When a job is sent to it, it prints quite right but the machine keeps running endlessly until it is interrupted by (say for example) opening the front door. As soon as the front door is closed again, it reprints the same job and keeps on running again. The only way to terminate is to cancel from command work station or switch the machine off. This does not happen when copying, in this case it works as normal. I have tried another fiery HD, replaced the fiery motherboard, its RAM's and even the cable between fiery and machine. On the machine, i have changed the MCU and the Control unit containing the ESS pwb, the Ess nvm, the machine HD etc.
I guess the only thing i'm yet to do is to replace the machine! Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks friend, i tried this suggestion today and reloaded the machine sw, but the problem is still not corrected. Any other ideas?

Did you try to reload Fiery software?

Are these PDF's or all files reguardless?
Import a PDF job "direct" into the Fiery print que. See if the same thing still happens.
If it does, then you need to reload the Machine SW and the Fiery SW both. It's not a board or HD issue. Something is corrupt during the RIP process between the stand alone and the image process Vsel pwb.
If it does not..
You will just need to reload the print driver.

Thanks all. Well, it happens for all files even with the internal test prints from the fiery and even the test page. I changed the fiery hd (which holds the fiery sw) before and now I have reloaded the machine sw. It happens regardless of which system is sending the job, this eliminates the print driver i suppose. This equipment seem to be performing some magic, isn't????!!!!!

Do you have the nvm sheet for this machine.
Compare nvm from sheet with nvm from machine ! Sisif work !

I guess it should still be where its kept in tray 1. In other words resetting the nvm to default might correct the problem? That is in case i can't find the sheet? I'll check this option. Thanks.

are you sure that DC252 may works with an EX250 controller?
I know the correct external controller is EX260.
