Hi to all,
I have a xerox WC7328 with blank copies/prints.
Before this happen, we had partly print on yellow color.
can someone help?

Internal prints both color or Black & White are blank.

Check if you have image on drums and after that on IBT. Makes these checks for every colour.
If there is no image on drums check bias voltage on dev's assy's

There is no image on drums & Belt.
Bias voltage on all 4 Dev Assy are OK.
