    WC 4150 XSA Report

    I'm having trouble with a Xerox 4150. I recently updated the firmware do to scanning issues. The firmware fixed the scanning, but now when the customer goes to pull the accounting (XSA) report, it's all garbled up. Has anyone else seen/fixed this problem? I tried calling Tech Support and Hardware support said it was a software problem, and Software support said it was hardware. HEEELLLLPPPP!!!!!!

    try replacing the HDD

      Format the harddrive using 32Gb FAT. Or replace harddrive
