    Thanks Kalindd for this great information, I just have one other question, how to find the xerox webstore, I have found this but no patch there, Xerox Official Store : Genuine Xerox Ink, Toner Cartridges, Paper, and Supplies any suggestions.

        I'm sorry mate. I can't help you with this. I used to work for Xerox and I just ordered the parts.
        May be use a dealer.

            i checked with d&r once and they said the patch was no longer available so i cut a thin strip from the drum packing foil and sticked it to the IBT belt and it ran for a long long time till i had to replace the belt
            a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

                Well guys thanks everyone for suggestions and solutions, i have tried the first solution with vinyl, i have cutted in a cutter machine in diameter 1cm x 1cm as the original and today i have replace it, so till now it is working good, i shall see in the future how long it lasts, so once again i am thankful to everyone if something comes up i will ask again guys.

                    first i am a german guy,
                    is the belt o.k.?
                    get a shim under the sensor to reduce the space between belt and sensor
                    did you reset the error code?
