Transfer Belt PATCH DC250?

Hi there guys, I was wondering if anyone can tell where can i buy transfer belt patch, or is there any alternative to change it with a vinyl that is same material as the patch. Because it gives me constantly the erro 042-326, when i clean the patch it works good for a while after it gets dirty a bit then the error comes up. any suggestions.

Did you clean the sensor? It gets a lot of toner dust in it.

you will have a hard time looking for it as it is not a consumable but you may be able to use the foil bag from the drums and rubber cement it on the transfer belt, but try ebay first.

Yes above picture is useable for ibt patch and cleaning ibt cleaner seal brush last longer.

What do you think can i put this kind of vinyl would it work.

its hard to tell how thick that vinyl is if its 24lb paper thin than it should work if it's thicker transfer belt might get ripped up later from cleaning blade or blade gets damaged from the patch pushing up on the transfer belt.

There is a kit with 3 patches that you can order from Xerox.
If I remember right, the part number is 604K45000.
But just to be 100% sure I'm going to check this later today.

Afropro you can use foil from Chips (on the picture). You know what i'm talking about. I use Duplofan (double side tape) and you can protect it with transparent Aero tape.
But if IBT belt is curled you'll get error all the time.

655N50005 is partnumber for XeroxEurope market region. 604K45000 is for XC.
