CaseServer or Xpro Error when loading WC 7132 SW Download Tool to reinstall system SW

    CaseServer or Xpro Error when loading WC 7132 SW Download Tool to reinstall system SW

    I am replacing a bad hard drive on a workcentre 7132 Xerox and I have followed instructions to the T but am stuck at openning the WC 7132 SW download tool I get the error message "You must login to CaseServer or XPRO to verify that GSNLock is active for this application to execute."

    Where can I get the CaseServer or XPRO or is there a way around all this.

      You must have gsnlock client application started for the 7132 pws tool to works.

              It is part of the main xerox pws application software. You need user ID and password for use it.
              But may be a solution for your problem.

                  bro...can try this just replace the h/d and off the copier and hold down the 4stop/powersave button and on the copier hold it 3seconds then let the h/d formatt complete and see how ....

                      did you mean the 4, stop and powersave at the same time? I am not in front of a machine right now but I wanted to clearify this. (seems maybe the 4 was a typo).?
