I am replacing a bad hard drive on a workcentre 7132 Xerox and I have followed instructions to the T but am stuck at openning the WC 7132 SW download tool I get the error message "You must login to CaseServer or XPRO to verify that GSNLock is active for this application to execute."
Where can I get the CaseServer or XPRO or is there a way around all this.
