Does anyone know of a way to cut down on the amount of toner and developer the sorcery style machines spill? I have replaced developer sections changed nvm values from eureka tips and they still blow toner.

You may need to rebuild the developer seal below the mag roller. There is a tool for it. Let me know if you need the part#. -

Get a Ricoh machine. Put it right next to the Xerox. Do a PM on both machines. Say: How clean that Xerox is compared to the Ricoh. Problem solved.Comment

What might that part number be I lost my tool when I first got it. I have fashioned a tool to rebuild the Dec seal buy it hasn't helped me much. As far as the Ricoh goes....... I work on Ricoh sharp and Xerox. Xerox blows both other brands away in color no competition. The 56 and 57 are better than most Ricoh machines and sharp beats them both for bw.Comment
