[Error Code] Mistake on the COLOR C75 Press

Hi
I have a client with COLOR C75 Press. It had a mistake RAP 12-588. I have PWS and EDOC on DC260/700DCP, but such mistake there isn't present. Maybe somebody will be able to help, I need EDOC on C75 or at least decipher mistake number. It is clear that any problem with a finesher, but it would be desirable more precisely.

I searched in C75 edoc but there is not such 12-588 error code. I find something 12-582 for D finisher but is nvm mismatch for a software version on another machine not C75

Thanks. I yet wasn't by on machine, I will see it tomorrow. Maybe the client incorrectly dictated an error code. By what machine you found a code 12-582?
