[Error Code] 4110 Code 062-380

I really need some help on this one. I have a Xerox 4110 with a fault code 062-380. I have cleaned the optics and white strip. I have re-initialized the system more than once. If I turn the unit off, and unplug it, it will come ready, but if I restart it, the code comes back. The manual says to change the ccd and lens. I want to know if anyone has had this problem and if there is something I can do before ordering the expensive parts the manual says I need.

You might have a bad CCD. Check the optics cooling fans also.

Reseat CCD and IPS cabling. Retry. If problem returns, replace the CCD.

I have had this once on a 4112. I replaced the CCD and that took care of the problem.

it is the ccd lens assembly also the copy bottom is not activated, just replace the lens assembly it should resolve the fault code.
