5675 with 03-367 Error?

Okay, replaced the controller and cables and still get the random 03-367 errors on the 5675. Any thoughts?

Do you have color scan card installed? It could be installed in the wrong slot in the network controller. Move color scan card to lowest expansion slot on N/C motherboard. (move other cards if necessary) This will allow color scan card to communicate properly with SIP module.

Can also be caused by bent or broken pins on color scanning cable.

If none of the above apply, try preforming DC132 All copier initialization of NVM.
