How do I reset the message 'Maintenance Kit Replace' on my wife's N402? I have the pws and it doesn't have the edoc loaded. I put in a new cartridge when it called for one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

first you should be reemplace the maintenance kit, (fuser)
Maintenance kit counter reset procedure:
1 power off the printer
2 hold down keys "2" and "6" at the same time and power on the printer.
3 continue holding down keys, until the message " *IOT* " appears.
4 within 5 seconds after the " *IOT* " message apears, hold down the "0" and "5" keys at the same time until the message "RESET COMPLETE, PLEASE REBOOT" apears. this message confirms the counter has been reset.
5 reboot printer by powering off then on
