Hi guys I have a little problem with this echipament.Recent I changed him Transefer IBT Belt, it was ok.This morning started making trouble printing and color copying (see Attachment).
Drum Unit is new, the toner is new, we clean the transfer roller, optics, fuser, without result.Un little help please, point me in the right direction.

Un little help - trebuie sa faci o serie de proceduri, din meniul de service al aparatului, proceduri care se numesc colour registration. Iti trebuie neaparat manualul de service. Inainte de asta este bine sa cureti toti senzorii optici care tin de IBT. De ce nu apelezi la un om de la Xerox ?
