you don't need service mode. Empty the bottle and make sure there is no residual toner in the area were the sensor "sees"

i try two new clean unused well pack box ,inside waste toner box , give me the same message ,
yesterday i try once disassembly the power unit and put it back ,test ,give me the same message ,
tomorrow i try again
the whole unit gear transfer i took out before ,there are two small screw fasten to the sensor frame (left side white plastic sensor cover)
sensor frame position will change ,it depend on two alignment screw holes

the waste toner box door switch , i used wire to short circuit then the screen message only replace toner box
the fault error code 09-380 disappear , but the screen message is replace waste toner box 03-700,03-785 only power
to continue check out ----tomorrow reseated the waster toner box switch

test the three pin voltage from pwb
orange---black 1.7v
orange ---vio 5v
black ---vio 3.3 v
