xerox 252, Every sheet of Paper jams.

After clearing a major paper jam on our machine. Now seems that no paper wants to Print. Every single sheet of paper jams.
There is no error code. just all paper is jamming from all drawers...
Could it e somthing got damaged on machine.

There is probably a small piece of paper that tore off and is stuck in the paper path. You will need to examine the area that the paper stops at (the sheet that has gone the farthest toward the exit) to see what the problem is.

Does the paper crumple up? Does it skew? Does the corner dog-ear? Does the paper just stop with no paper damage at all?
Does each paper jam occur at the same spot? What spot does the jam take place?

If there is no damage to the paper when it stops, maybe you knocked loose a paper sensor when clearing that original major jam. If that happens, the machine will not be able to properly detect the sheet of paper passing through that area and because of it, calls a jam.

With a little more info maybe we can steer you in the right direction.

It seems that every single sheet of paper stops at the area labeled 2a which is at the extreme left of the fuser. Paper does not seem to have any damage, just stops flat. As if some sensor prevents it to go thru?
any thaughts how to test the sensors?

Can you look in the fault history and tell us what jam code is recorded?

Hi mpsolutions,
Access to the Faults tab is via the Machine Status button on the control panel.
To print the report, touch the Error History Report button on the touch screen.
Press the Start button on the control panel.

yea.. look at the fault history.. also try another fuser? or clean the sensor right before the fuser.
