    [CQ] WC7328 developer

    Hi,
    can someone help?
I have a Xerox WC 7328 & I need to change the Magenta Developer Assembly + Developer material.
Is there a way to repair the Developer Assembly & change only the Developer material?
Waiting for answer for all xerox expert.

    Thanks & Regards

yes remove the developer housing put a pad under it and rotate the mag roller clock wise to empty put new developer in by turning mag roller counter clock wise. Set nvm 752-805 to 0.

That all depends on what is wrong with the developer unit.

The whole developer housing assembly is part # 802K60194. (same for all 4 units)

A lower cost alternative from Xerox is a re-manufactured unit, part # 622S01220.

The only parts that can be ordered on the developer housing apart from the whole unit is the ATC sensor (130K63000) and the sensor's seal (035E65010)

If you have a mechanical problem with the housing assembly you will need to replace the whole unit.

If the problem is just worn developer, you can get by with just replacing the developer material as Tomb stated.
