Workcentre 7765..."Waiting to Print" problem. Need help.

I just got a WorkCentre 7765 in that came from Texas to Missouri as used equipment. The machine worked properly prior to shipping, but now will not print or copy anything. The job sits in the queue and says "Waiting to Print".

I thought it might be the fuser, so I used an old unit to check for change in state. The machine recognizes the prescence or absence of the fuser and recognizes an old unit versus one that still has life on it. The fuser gets hot and the motor rotates the rollers. I checked for paper in the connectors, but there's very little info in the tech bulletins regarding this problem.

The machine comes to ready, however I still have a problem regarding the stapler unit in the finisher that I still have to troubleshoot.

Can I run the machine without the finisher attached?
Is this a problem with the fuser or is it something else?

I did have a problem with the machine not recognizing K2 and Cyan, but I fixed that problem by reseating the connector on the CRUM PWB.

Is there anyone out there that has encountered this issue? Please let me know. This machine has to go out to a customer ASAP.

    Thanks.

Worked with a couple of these last week, generally they didn't do much without a finisher attached, or at least the plug of the finisher.

The original symptoms seem to match with a belt problem one of my machines had, or rather the sensor on the belt. But it might just be that it does this with all major errors.

Access the machine status screen and look up fault history to find out what fault is keeping the machine from working.
