Dear,
When it comes to set the fax settings for a printer (e.g. Fuji Xerox Apeos Printer), how best to set the following NVM in order to achieve an optimal level where it can receive overseas incoming faxes smoothly most of the times? The transmission speed must be optimal (not too slow or too fast) and it must allow to receive the overseas incoming faxes smoothly & also for outgoing fax to overseas. I heard that it is necessary to take into account "speed synchronization" for the sender's fax machine and receiver's fax machine when it comes to transmitting a fax smoothly. But, the problem is that we do not know what is the speed or other settings at the sender's fax machine from overseas.
If there is any other NVM that is not stated above but you think it is important or necessary, please include and indicate. As far as I know, the nos to key in could be 0 (disabled), 1 (enabled) or from a range of 0 -9 or even more (from minimum to maximum). If you decide to set a certain number, if possible, please explain why it is necessary to set at this level or with this number.
Thank you for your sharing and advice.
