Replaced drawer and feed head assembly. Still get random 08-108 codes.

08-108= lead edge late to the tray 2 feed sensor when feeding from either tray 3 or 4.

Check that both tray 3 and 4 feed heads / feed rollers are in good condition.

Check that left hand door is latched correctly. The hinge can crack and break over time resulting in the door mislocating and loss of paper drive. If this is the case you can order and install a door hinge repair kit part # 655N00397. Also check that the left door interlock switch cover has not come loose. Bias the cover to the right and tighten the 2 screws.

Check that tray 3 feed sensor in the back of the machine (not on the feed head) is not loose.

Check that the takeaway rollers have not come loose. If the screws holding the vertical drive unit come loose it can cause the takeaway rollers to pop out of the frame at the front of the machine. Set rollers bearings back into frame and tighten screws of drive assembly (behind the waste toner bottle, rear of machine)

Check for slipping one way bearing in the gear for tray 3/4 transport drive and or make sure the belt is not too loose.

Check position of tray 4 feed sensor. It could be incorrectly bent up too high in a way that paper is not hitting it all the time.

Not sure what you checked already but there you go. Good luck and report back.
