Are you sure about the fuser exit sensor? I have had them partly fall off and cause similar faults because of the bend in the paper depending on its path.

Problem apparently fixed. It turns out that we physically had to bend the bottom plate area 2(duplex transport) so that the rollers would make better contact with the backer rollers. Thanks for your input. I will be sure to check the fuser exit switch next time.

cleaned the three dulpex sensors.
cleaned the inverter sensors.
cleaned all the rollers.
path is clear.

cleaned registraton sensors and rollers.

Ideas?

Single side has NO problems.
only duplex.. the fuser exit switch wouldnt be an issue.. would it? 20 lb paper 8 1/2 x 11 long feed
