    DC12 image problem faded

Hello friends. I have a problem with the DC12 (see picture).
On a A4 sheet copying faded out on the short side (down).
    yesterday I changed:
    - IBT (complete)
    - FUSERS (complete)
    - DEVELOPER (dust and groups)
    - DRUM

They are all new parts. I also started the MAX SETUP.
The problem remains! What can it be? I rely on your experience ...

I have other new pieces and I can use the diagnostic software.

It looks too fine to be a ros issue unless there is something blocking the ros window; but before you try messing with the ros, print out a 70 percent red halftone from the PWS (DC612) and let me know if the defect is still there.

friend, maybe the problem is in the drum. at the time the problem does not occur. however the quality of the colors is low. these are my values copy. I wish it came out a very good copy. neither too light nor too dark. tell me what values are correct to insert. Thank you.

Those values are not bad. If the quality is low on all because of what appears to be grainy/mottled colours then it is probably a dirty adc or atc sensor. You will need to clean both of these sensors and do a full MAX setup paying particular attention to DC922 TRC setup which will refill the dev housings with the correct amount of toner. Be sure to follow the procedure exactly (it is in the Edoc under adjustments)

If you have banding lead edge to tail edge then it is usually the corotron wires on the drum (you can clean them if you are careful but do not expose the drum to light for too long)

The only faults that you will get with the drum itself are very thin lines or the occasional repeating dot (known on the dc12 as the traffic light defect). If the drum is totally knackered then you will get dark light decay which just means that the image will be extremely dark or in some cases where the drum has been exposed to light for too long totally black.

Just noticed your TRC values in DC924 should all read 128 this needs to be set before you start your max setup
