copy and scaner unavailable
is that scaner sensor error
2. document handler unavailable ---
two messages shown on screen
second message always shown on message
the reason is ?? we put some paper on the top of machine
any advice are welcome

Sounds like the scanner pwb has failed. Needs a qualified engineer as the new scanner pwb must be fitted in exactly the same place as the old one. Only alternative is to replace the whole scanner. This only affects the 32-38ppm mfp's as the resistors burn out.

this morning still there ,afternoon turn it off and then restart it
error message are gone like nothing happen

There are few possibilities but depending what you wrote, it looks like your CCD PWB has "back loop" ballast resistors burnt out(5v gen.). Original ones -3x 10 ohms 0.125w should be replaced by 0.5w ones. On the other side of PWB some times you have a 131 0hm surface mounted R that is gone too (collateral damage)- replace it with available one ( chosen from E12 130 ohms 0.125w would fit ), damaged traces should be repaired also! The chances are about 65%. If you feel uncertain don’t try it. The easiest way is to replace the whole scanner!
