5655 network controller strange

Ok machine says controller not available but when we go to it via web interface we see it fine and can log in and make changes. Any ideas why copier does not see it?

Also the screen is asking us to login by touching keyboard and the keyboard is greyed out so we can't !

Do a forced AltBoot to level 52 software. That should fix things.
