How did you get this error. Did it just start all of a sudden. Also 6-332, is this the correct number. Please confirm.

first the m/c shows fuber web loaded incorrectly then i just open & close the feeder it becomes ok then i given my print this error comes
after all from the m/c the fan sound is not come from the beginning

Do you have another fuser web? Try to change it.

Also which is the error number as i dont have that error (6-332) on my PWS.

the fuser web is already a new one
i check that fault code on web it shows sos stop fail (YM)RAP ,dc330 code to check polygon motor on YM listen for polygon motor to enerzise

Check the wires from YM ROS
Go diagnostic and run 006-030 from DC330. If you hear the polygon motor then the SOS sensor from YM laser is gone and you need to change YM laser assy.
If the motor not heard then may be the YM laser defect or MCU PWB defect

Seems you dont have the right manual.
6-332 is the fourth procedure from Chain6 from chapter2 from 705P01253 DC5000 edoc.
