Does anyone have pws diagnostic tools for wc5225/5230.I need it urgently or exchange Canon service manuals.

5225 /5230 diagnostics are accessed through the UI.

Hold the 0 key for 6 seconds then press Start.
Enter access # 6789 and Confirm.

To access diagnostic routines:

Press the Machine Status button.
Select Tools tab.
Under Features column, use the down arrow and scroll to the Maintenance / Diagnostics.

You can access:
NVM read / write.
