[Dead] HELP Xerox C3545 Nothing on screen green light switches between Features & Job Status

Hello to everyone, hopefully someone ever seen such issue.

We have a C3545 Xerox Copier, and now when it boots up nothing comes up on the screen, just Features and Job Status blink back and forth. (Left it for over an hour and it was doing the same)

One thing is that we damaged is a 120 Pin cable that goes between top panel and network controller ( it is together with USB). We did streighten it out, but maybe something is out of alignment since there is 120 pins.

Here are all my observations.

1. As soon as you plug in copier into the wall it turns on and I can hear computer booting up (I do not click power button it just starts turning on right away). I hooked up monitor and it boots up to dos and shows enter user screen. Screen shot attached.

2. When I try to shut it down by holding power button nothing happens, have to manually unplug.

Please see if anyone can help. If it is infact cable I just want to be sure and also would like to ask if anyone knows where we can buy one ?

You must check the power supplies from the machine and from net controller. For that you need service manual. Also in the service manual you'll find the part number for the cable. You must ordered it from xerox dealer or try to buy it second hand from another machine.
What I you see on the monitor is not good. There are several electronic boards inside the net controller. May be one of them is bad. Also you need pws software tool to diagnose the machine and see the error code. This machine dont have builtin diagnostic procedures.

If I completely unplug that 120pin cable there is a same issue of lights just going back and forth between Features and Job Status. I just want to make sure if this is just a cable. Not sure if someone can try unplugging it and see if their machine will behave exactly as mine.
