Hello, I have not been to the customer site yet but they report two fault codes 062-380 and 005-122 coming up. I checked these codes and it appears this is scanner-related. I asked and the customer says the scanner light does not come on when it powers up. I would just like to ask if anyone could verify so I can order the part and have it with me when I go there. Thanks in advance for any help!

This turned out to be a bad fuser that was overheating - I had not been to the customer site and was trying to diagnose by the fault codes which were not much help, not sure why the scanner faults show up but that's what happened. -

Thanks for posting back an answer. I'm sure this will help somebody. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
