Xerox DC12 System Fault 6-355

I have Xerox DC12. When I turn on printer, It display an error code 6-355 .
Could, anybody help me, what it means?

I have found that
6-xxx Codes relate to the optics ,
but what exact is 6-355?

check ips fan if not work replace it

does fan rotates ???

If the PRE IPS FAN is working, you may need to check the WIRE from IIT/IPS PWB (P/J722-B10) to IPS fan connector (P/J738-3). Replace if there is no continuity
