    5675 bypass plate cycling

For some reason our clients 5676 bypass lift plate starting cycling and won't stop even if we copy from another drawer or reboot the unit.

    any Idea why?

    thanks

Remove the solenoid plate and place a small piece of insulating tape between solenoid and plate.
This happens due to resident magnetism onto iron (plate)
Or it become sticky from dirt.
