Have a WC-7345 that the customer had an issue with the A4 drum which has turned into a nightmare. The guide that allows the drum to slide in and out got bent and tore the transfer belt. I fixed the guide and replaced the belt. Now the unit has light copy quality. It originally started with black, so I replaced the developer and the 2nd transfer roller (message calling for that). The density on the transfer belt is good, but the image is not transferring well. I have tried to do all the alignments and adjustments, but most of them fail. the Fine and rough skew adjustments show fail in the others column, but no where else. The NVM Initialize does not work with the IIS extension, it fails. I do not have PWS software for this model, so I can't do anything to connect to the unit. If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it .
