Xerox 5675 can't reset admin

Ok client says password and username no longer work so we go there to reset in service mode. Service mode seems successful as to reset back to admin and 1111 but upon reboot still does not work. Everything else works fine just can not reset admin credentials.

any ideas?

Reload software.

Upgrade software to the latest version. Problem was fixed in a earlier version.
