    HI
My 4110 which was working perfectly fine till closing yesterday . It keeps on restarting when the power is turned on .

I opened the front door and powered it . Then everything comes fine but after i close the door it restarts again.

I cleaned the RAM's . besides that i donno what to do or look . Any ideas.

    Thanks

      Re: 4110 Restarting

i serached in eureka but I couldnt find anything close

      on an update :

I disconnected the Internal RIP cable and turned on the machine . It does not restart but gives me a different window . SO now i am thinking what I have is a corrupt software on the RIP.

I have system software 3.0. Is the Rip software included with system software or should i start looking for something else.

        Re: 4110 Restarting

If your machine is copier printer then you have fuhjin-XC-ps-dld-1.202.6.bin file into version 3 software package. This is the controller software file for internal rip.
If you have external RIP or dfe kit installed then you need the separate software for the DFE.

Its not RIP related. can you can think of anything else ?

Edit : If i pull the feeder out of the machine(fixing duplex all) , cheat the switches then it wont restart . So i am thinking there is some short circuit in feeder unit ?
