<<<<<<<well, I have the same problem, I enter to service mode ,I press and hold 0 buttom for about 8 seconds then I press start buttom, display says _ _ _ I put 6,7,8,9, and press start buttom display says C _ _ but I can not input 20 - 58 when I put 20 and press start display says C _ _ again , I can input 650 then appears L _ _ then I input 20 press start buttom and display says RUN ,well What else can I do to solve this error code,thanks.Maybe change the mainboard and What is the meaning N9?

Do you know what is the difference between ADF and DADF ?
If this is the way you enter diagnostic mode then your machine is WC5020 with DADF.
In the service manual for WC5020 w/DADF is a long list with n9 fault code.
As I said in post nr.6 in this topic you dont have the right service manual.
The sm is 702P00530 from December, 2011

As I said there are a lot a reasons for N9 to appear. More common is firmware fault.
All I can do is to provide you the proper service manual and you make the checkings.
