Hi all,

After i service the machine print the palette list come out double image, after i change the laser unit& mcu board same the problem
how to solve the problem !
please help

I change the itb belt and sevices thr ros unit after print out like tat

I don't have this model in Europe(c360), but it should be the same like Europe models.
Do you have Xerox PWS?
It's a laptop with Xerox diagnostic programs.
If you don't have it, there is no way anyone could teach you.
Send me a picture with touch screen of this machine. If it's big one there could be a way to enter diagnostic.

PSW it mean Portable Service Workstaion, it is a software Fujixerox supplies to their technicians to do service on their MFD. your problem seem to be mistake from IBT Belt, let check your IBT Belt Assembly, does it rotate smooth or install correctly or replace a new belt.
