    5655 with 10-120 error

Ever see a 10-120 code on a xerox wc5655? Replaced fuser twice and reverse section twice and code still happens!

    Any thoughts?

10-120. The lead edge of the paper failed to reach the IOT exit sensor within the correct time after the trail edge at the fuser exit switch for an inverted sheet.

Have you tried to make a copy in non-inverted mode?

    Have you followed the RAP?

Not sure why you replaced the fuser. Sounds like the fuser is working fine. First thing I would do follow the RAP.

Enter dC330 code 10-120 IOT Exit sensor check. Press start. Manually actuate the sensor. Does it change state?

No? Follow the signal from the sensor back to the IOT PWB.

Yes? enter dC330 code 10-050 inverter nip solenoid. Press Start. Solenoid energizes?

No? Follow the signal from the solenoid back to the IOT PWB.

Yes? Enter dC330 code 10-045 inverter path solenoid. Press start. Solenoid energizes?

No? Follow the signal from the solenoid back to the IOT PWB.

Yes? Enter dC330 code 10-030 inverter motor. Press Start. The Jam Clearance knob 2B is stationary and the motor can be heard?

    Yes? Check the following components:
Idler roll, upper baffle, double exit nip roll, exit shaft assembly, nip split shaft assembly, Fuser drive gear on the main drive assembly, check the IOT exit sensor mounting bracket on the nip roll guide, the bracket holds the IOT exit sensor in the correct position.

No? The jam clearance knob 2B rotates counterclockwise?

Yes? Install a new inverter motor driver PWB

No? Follow the signal from the inverter motor. Replace motor , replace motor driver pwb.

If that does not help, there are a ton of eureka tips for this code as well with various fixes.

If possible try to change the LVPS and base module.
