If someone have been changed battery on nvm then you could not know how many copies machines have been done.
        If not you have counter.

Thanks friend but I am sure that the battery has not been changed. So where I can check how many copies made the machine?

There are two ways to check the meter.

As I told you before, if someone replaced batter earlier then you can not know real copy number.
If battery is replaced then nvm is reset to deful and copy number is reset to 0.

But in my opinion has not changed the battery. It was only brought back several copies of the counter and I want to discover the real copies made.

                        Re: info machine choice

There is only one total counter. If it has been blanked (by removing the battery from the software module for a period then reinstalling or installation of a new software module) or changed (by installing a software module from another machine) there is no way of recovering the original counter data.

                          Re: info machine choice

Ok I have understood. I was hoping that there was a method to know the real copies made from the machine. I for example, I have a dc440 and by nvm property I can change the counter in order to make show a other number than that real.

So, what you want to know?
                            How to change total counter?

                            Is that your question?

Exactly! Basically I bought a used machine with 60k copies but in my opinion has done a lot more copies. I want to check this.

Check the Service History in the Machine Log Book.
                                Of course if there is.
