Hello,
1.Does anyone have any idea what may have caused the machine to overheat in the first place?
2. How long should the lamps be on before they are fully heated and begin to cycle out?
3. Does it sound like the fuser lamps should be replaced as well?
Thanks for the help.
AndyB
If the fuser is cold the lamp stay on about 8 - 10 seconds.
If stay longer check the termistor.

it sounds like the thermos caused the overheating, but you most likey need to replace the lamps, check for continuity.the only other thing i can think of is power supply. sorry for the delay.Comment
