i need to know the reason why a machine after turn on stays in ''pause'' mode and i can't get out of this situation

I would need to know more information such as what you mean by "pause" mode.

Does the machine boot up when you turn on the main power?

If the machine does not power up, what if anything do you see lit up? What LEDs? Is the display screen black?

Have you tried to reload the system software?

If the machine does not power on at all, it could be the power supply.

Is the main power switch behind the front door turned on?
