Look at the papers which comes with the machine or look into the machine trays.
May be you find a configuration report or test print with software version printed on it.

I have an flasing error in the POST faultcode at the Single Board Controller and on the IME Controller too

          it will says: 321 (ENG_SC_CONNECT_FAULT)
CABLE Error and CPU error lamps off are off on the IME , ENGINE and Error-led will flashing the code
          that means:
          IME Blink Condition B

in the ServiceManual there stand that I should replace the IME Controller PWS

have someone an hint or an used IME Controller Around for sell ?
on the Board is the Nummer: 960K58923 but at the Spare Part Catalog of the 9303 is a different number (960K66590) ?

Re: baybe I found the fault

I've replace the imu board, but i have still the same error on it,
            Eng_sc_connect_fault 321

it is an post fault, can i go to altboot wenn i have an post fault like this ?

i've found a small gear on the upper paper tray in machine,
have not found where there are missing yet,
could this also produce this fault ?

Re: baybe I found the fault

I'm on the end, i've look all the diagnose procedures without any solution,
altboot also will not work, because fault fast before initalize the altboot process
the problem was allready in the POST,
              cable error ???

is it possible, to connect direct into the UI with an PWS Laptop ?
              connector is available

to upgrade, i think the problem is an software issue,

I had an old PWS laptop for xerox 3535 and had peformed there also an update with success
But had no diag software for the colorqube 9301
And no gsm account for download it

Have someone a hint or solution before i call the xerox custom support ?
i hope that the travel and looking for the fault will not cost more that the machine is worth

              Thanks

Re: baybe I found the fault

                Have found the fault !
it was a bad harddisk, i've replaced it,
boot it will the PWS laptop und reinstalled the software, took near 2 days to find the i/o error of the hdd
Had to make come calibrations and a loose gear and have now a working 9301 with 80.000 clicks for around 700usd, that was a good deal

                thanks for your help !
