I get the services screen with only stored programming available, copy, scan,etc. not available.

if this is the DCP700 and you get the white service bar on top where it use to be black then you are already in service mode now all you need to do is press machine status press the tools tab and scroll down to maintenance slot and look for what ever you need. the login button is for the older xerox copiers such as the 240 thru to 7665

I got it going using the procedure Knightfall posted. Thanks everyone for all the help

also had to reset previous network cable error.
